The organisation where I worked and had my internship was one of the Real Estate business organsiation which used to make the deals and acts as a middle man to make the apartment owner meet the customer or the client. The commission for the sale of every flat or estate was considered. I joined the organisation being a social media marketing intern and it was at its Introductory stage. The reasons why I chose this organisation being it in the Introductory stage are:

1. The Skills: The first reasons could be the skill factor. When I joined the organisation, there were barely 10-12 people in a small 2 room building. The sales department team having 5 members and our marketing team having 5 members and 2 of our bosses were the overall staff. Although, best benefit I had being with this phase of organisation is how much skills I have learned and acquire. Nobody has past experience about such work, we all joined hands together to build the creativity, innovation and skills together to develop the organisation from start.

2. Motivational and Knowledge: Another reason was the Motivation and Knowledge I get to learn. When you are in an organsiation where it was establishing its operations, the amount of learning, knowledge and the motivation you would get to operate and perform the tasks would be tremendous. You learn so many things about the organisation work so closely being it is at such small level.

3. More Support and Decision Making: The last factor that made me join the organisation was the Moral support and the decision making power you are allocated with when the organisation is establishing its business. As no delegates are there, you are provided with good opportunities to know, to take decisions, to authorise the work and to see how the mistakes and success is achieved at a closer level.

What other examples can you think of where most people have more or less than the average? This is true of most things with a non-symmetric distribution (e.g., weight, math scores, marathon times) but it is nice to continue the theme of the video in terms of risk (e.g., most have below average risk of a automobile accident, death by violence, or even, say, getting a date).
