An organizational culture consists of shared beliefs and values communicated effectively to shape the employees perceptions, behaviors and understandings. For example effectively managing human resources is a big concern for the policymakers. To have a satisfied, motivated and less stressed performing workforce an organization must have consistency in his structure and culture. An organizational culture of practicing ethics and moralities in giving proper care to patients irrespective of caste and creed or education will always help an institution to flourish well and achieve progress.The happiness of employees always contributes to its structure., so theor rights should be preserved well.

An ideal organizational culture should be family like that is focussed on mentoring, nurturing and doing things together.A positive organizational culture is associated with wide range of positive outcomes like reduced mortality rates, better care, reduced hospital acquired infections, falls and better patient satisfaction. The right culture is one that confronts its own issues and challenges.
