Organizational Behavior in health care examines the many aspects of organizational behaviour, such as individuals perceptions and attitudes,diversity,communication,motivation,negotiation models,group dynamics ,team building and managing organizational change.

Organizational Behavior in health care setting is paramount to ensuring patient safety,ethical behavior among the medical practitioners,patient-centered care and effecting change in the facilities which is bound to improve healthcare delivery and patient's satisfaction.The study of organizational behavior gives insight on how emplyees behave and perform in the workplace.It helps us develop an understaanding of the aspects that can motivate employees,increase their performance,and help organizations establish a strong and trusting relationship with their employees.There are three levels of organizational behavior they are ,individual level,group level,and organizational level.

Organizational behavior ,are proactive in nature and act to improve situations for the individual, group,or organization.Examples of these behaviors include issue selling,taking initiative,constructive change-oriented communication,innovation,and proactive socialization.

Organizational behavior is primarily concerned with company culture, the attitudes and mores that make up how employees are expected to treat one another,their jobs and customers.Companies should encourage a strong culture and adopt the values necessary for success in the business and development of all employees.
