There has been 6 future trends which are suggested by Jacob Morgan and which will be applicable to the leadership in next 10 years and I would be focusing on top three trends that would be applicable to my company would be as follows-

A. High degree of morality would be the optimum requirement of being a leader in the next 10 year because gone are the days of controlling leaders who are trying to be smartest person in the room and there have been a recent push for morality, ethics, and transparency which has led to more authentic and humble leaders and they will be required in the top 10 years which will be helpful in order to synchronise the interest of various stakeholders with the company's interest.

B. New talent landscape- they should be high degree of talent in the leaders who are selected to my company in the next 10 years because I would always be looking for a skilled person who can manage through different kind of economic scenario and he will be trying to diversify himself and always trying to reinvent according to the dynamism in the industry.

C. Global leader- leader of the company should be more focused towards globalisation of the company because companies are no more operational into the The geographical boundaries. They are trying to extend beyond the geographical boundaries so there should be a high level of global orientation so he could understand the cultural diversity and help the business survive and sustain through values of different countries.
