After reviewing the data in the 2010 and 2016 “Status and Trends in the Education of Racial and Ethnic Groups” reports, describe one trend about these racial/ethnic groups that stood out to you. Explain if this trend surprises you or not. Compare and contrast the trend data in the “Student Behaviors” section of the reports: What data categories were similar? Which categories were different or additional between the reports? How can this data be used to alleviate social problems in this population?

After reviewing the data in the 2010 and 2016 "Status and Trends in the Education of Racial and Ethnic Groups" reports, depict one pattern about these racial/ethnic gatherings that emerged to you.The pattern that I concentrated on was the pay rates post Bachelors' degrees. I took a gander at the dissimilarity between the races and sexual orientations in 2008 and afterward again in 2013. There was no sex based information for 2013 just race based. In the 2008 information, white men with a Bachelors' earned 30% more than white ladies (Aud, S.,Fox, M. A., Kewal Ramani, A., 2010). The compensation contrasts were significantly more noteworthy contrasted with different minorities. In general, ladies earned not exactly their male partners (White, Asian, Blacks, and Hispanics). When taking a gander at the compensation contrasts between White men and every other person, White men were the most noteworthy workers.
