The legislative system is a system that frames the rules and laws for political entity. Legislature has a role in forming, sometimes the executive and judicial do contrast with the rules of legislative system. Legislative system is one of the pillars which holds the society and the economy. There is difficulity in getting anything done in legislature because a bill has to go through many amendments also it has to go through the voting in the congress and after the law has been passed through congress with 1/3rd of votes then also it has to go through the president for the approval.

Positives of legislation - There are many positives of legislation system ,the major of which is the democracy in its operations and which can be seen in its general elections and can be seen in the act when electorate can vote out any government. Entire areas of law can be formed under one single act as if the law has to be formed in court then judges can change only one area of law at a single time..The legislation has the abilty to delegate as it requires the detiled knowledge of the law to be passed. The legislation has more advantage that it has to consult the high profile of the congress or parliament

Negatives of legislation - The main drawback of the parliament or legislation is that there is seen that there is rigidity in the rules and regulations further there is  little scope for selective application , the other drawback is that there is often the lack of clarity in the laws ,the language of the laws have to be framed in the confusing language. The other main drawback about the discretion of the judge which means that the judge has to apply the law as it is, and has to follow it.

The changes that should be made in the legislature system are that the system should understand the needs and the requirements of the persons that they represent .The legislature should also communicate the laws in an effective manner which will help to resolve the confusions between the people. The legislature should ensure the trusting relationships between the people if it has to establish the better system in the society.
