Organization Culture:
Organization culture can be defined as a set of values and believes which people follow in an organization.
The below are the ways where the organization’s structure and culture contribute to or impede the organization’s strategic initiatives:
1. Organizational structure has three main divisions like functional, divisional and matrix structure in order to frame hierarchies. Right from greeting each other to a thank you note, culture plays a major role in any organisations management system. From hierarchy selections to a complete set up, the organization structure and culture contributes towards strategic framing.
2. A good brand motivates employees and through its cultural adaptability it ensures to form the best organization structure which impact towards the strategic management of identifying the vision, mission and goal of an organization.
3. The structure and the culture together set an external and internal environment for the organization and the organization strategy can be used to analyze the same to increase the market share of the organization.
