Expert Solution

Gamification has been quite a part of an organization's culture today because organization's today aim to create an environment which is favorable for employees and with the help of gamification the learning process I said to be enhanced as the process is made easy and convenient for the employee. I believe that organizations actually should think about implementing gamification in the process or not based on the following limitations of gamification.

1. Cost - generally the cost of gamifications varies based on the types of amenities required that may include software as well as hardware and the cost is generally not low and there the organizations need to bear the expenses.

2. Decrease attention span - Actually the response of the process is very fast and therefore the patience level of employees generally decrease as they tend to expect the same response from other processes as well.

3. Assessment - Assessing or evaluating from the process is difficult as the process possess inbuilt assessment programs in which the supervisors or managers find it difficult to relate the same with the conventional assessment process.
