Thyssenkrupp Engineered Plastics, very prominet and entirely chained distributor and fabricator of industrial plastic molds, tacky products, primary prototyping substances with high pressure laminates used in engineering plastics for the fabricator and OEM constituencies. The corporation functions at 12 warehouse locations and 11 sales offices in the US, for regional distribution service centers providing quick and effective delivery to their customers. Their value-added system is entirely customer based which is basically formulated to provide salespersons the methods they want to promptly and accurately process orders. The company’s national logistics system enables the delivery very next day after the order is placed to the major consumers in North America. The company is also working at assembling a system of strategic partnerships that entitles it to preserve inventories of plastic materials and industrial plastic configurations for all categories of industries.

The company is continuously transforming its process with time by organizing the management strategies or structures of different projects such as European steel and industrial solution and so on. The organizational structure changes are intended to focus on customer and market firms at the center. Furthermore, several changes of staff and employees in the company's supervision team are an important component of the company's transformation process. An incremental evolution to a newer era is being taken as a great step at many operating departments.
