1. Harm reduction therapy- In harm reduction theory there are some ideas and methods which help in diminishing the negative outcomes related to the intake of drugs. With the issue of intake of drugs, this theraphy also helps to cope with different types of behavioral disorder. This therapy uses non-judgemental methods to treat the person.
solution-focused therapy- It is a therapy that encourages an individual to use their own abilities in coping up problems. Its a goal oriented therapy which can help in solving problems. This therapy consists of assumptions, different types of questions like scaling questions, miracle question, etc.
Group therapy is a helping strategy for people in group to cope up with their problem by sharing stories and individual experiences. It is a platform where a member in group feels to have some sort of common issues with life and sharing is itself a way of coping up with the problem. The feeling that we are not alone is somewhat which makes group therapy a strength and evidence based helping strategy.
CBT- Cognitive behavioral therapy is a treatment that will help an individual to cope up with stress, sadness, depression, anxiety, etc. It helps to reduce negative thinking and help to feel positive.
