In today's dynamic environment,change in the management is very change is very essential part to be done in the organization. Many factors are responsible in the externals factors in Toyota Company which include many such as economic factors,new opportunity for the company.

Toyota stared it operations in Europe in 1960.They aim for making cars according to the needs of European market and later on company established its plant in 1989 in UK.In year 2004 it become the top three manufacturer among its competitor. The Vision of company to aim for long and stable growth of it with effect to global economy and its stakeholders.Let us Discuss some of reasons that forces Toyota to make changes from external factors-:

Globalisation-This helped much in Toyota to grow as globalisation minimises many barriers to trade product and services and Toyota reached many markets and expanded its market share.

Increased Competition-With the time,the competition among this industry increases ,this lead many companies to improve and upgrade their business to be top on market.As Toyota was dealing tough competition with ford and general motors that time.As a result it change affect on TPS and changed many company policies,models and processes  for better growth.

Low Demand-As with the increasing competition between various companies as demand of customers becomes less ,so Toyota started low quantity of various models using assembly line instead of dedicated assembly lines on one model only.

Later,Toyota developed TPS by adapting Ford Production system to improve the production capacity and strength of its production lines and the model TPS designed to achieve mainly these three objectives-reducing costs,improving quality and zero inventory.
