Regarding clinician use of the EMR/EHR, when is the best time to access and document into the EMR/EHR? Explain.
From the question I believe it asks when a patient needs to show EMR/EHR data to the health inspector. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
EMR stands for electronic medical records which tracks down the medical history and treatments in one practice, but the information has to be printed out in order to further investigate patient. EMR allows us to -
EHR stands for electronic health records which tracks down the complete health chart of a patient, it summarizes all the health records and provides a broad descriptive information of a patient.

So from this we can say that a patient's EMR data is first collected and based on the EMRs's records an EHR data is made. EHR data can be migrated or shown directly to a health inspector but EMR data has very less information and must be printed out and mailed to the health inspector in order to further investigate the health of the patient.
