Early expressive language development does involve a child's learning how to express the meaning that he or she already knows. Some of the cognitive development that occurs in the first year of the life that Co- relates with language are, identification and ability to distinguish between different languages. Children in their first year lf life starts understanding some of the words, recognizes their names. Till the first year of childes life it understand as many as 80 words and sounds of their language. I would rank concept formation and mental mapping at the first place because concept build up and mapping leads to a planning and better approach to further process of language development. At the second place would be organization and memory because organization of thoughts and memorization of vocabulary is the most important part of language learning after getting the concept. At the third place would be rehearsal and storage strategies as repeating is a vital part of labgulan skill the more practice one does the better it gets and any stagnation in repeatation leads to detoriation of storage memory of vocabulary.
