Some of the weakness of the Autocratic leadership models are:

  • The managers are often micromanager in Autocratic leadership style.
  • It may create the unwelcome culture in the organization.
  • This approach is highly depend on the leader.

b) Laissez’ Faire

  5. In Delegation leadership function manager is liable for every bad or good although in the Empowerment leadership function, the complete energy investors are liable for every bad or good.
