Utilizing the four functions of management, we can say that a company can cover all its front, down from planning its implementation to controlling the outcome of its actions. The four principles represent a fundamental outlook, whereby a company can both plan, manage and recreate aspects to better fit the situation it is faced with. Managerial functions represent foundational concepts allowing for better conduction and execution of the strategies a company has developed that leads it towards a sustainable future. It does not, however, mean that we have to do all the things well, in order to gain successful implementation of our business processes, rather, the combination of these functions, especially monitoring and controlling, allows for smoother transitions, especially when implementing changes in the company and based on its use and utilization, a business can hope to achieve a higher degree of success when it comes to the best utilization of its resources. We can, therefore, say that the four functions of management can be utilized to manage a company as best as possible, without other considerations being brought to the table.
