What could be the danger of confusing racism and implicit bias?

Impicit bis refers to the stereotypes that affect our attitude towards an another race groups, mostly in an unconscious manner which can result in lot of issues. In addition to this, confusion of race contributes several problem too. Therefore some of the dangers are given below;

• It can create a negative feeling towards some people.
• It lower the morale of the society
• Sometimes due to these concepts, the reputation of organisations can be affected
• It also affects how people behave with people of another race.
• Sometimes, despite their conscious feelings, people with high levels of implicit racial bias show less welcoming and affection towards people who belongs to an another race.
• Sometimes it linked to discrimination in health services like interaction to the patient, treatment decisions etc.
• Inequality, discrimination in various fields, lower rates of healthcare coverage, lack of humanity, lack of respect and dignity are the other problems.
