The word Technology has been derived from Greek word "Technic" which means science or study. So Technology is the application of scientific knowledge to a practical purpose. On the other hand the word "Justice" has been derived from latin word "Justita" which means righteousness or equity. So it is a concept which is used in the ground of legal which means protection of rights and punishing the wrong.

In the modern Society we see that the tendency of crime is incresing day by day. The criminals are using different innovations and technology which are very high-tech and it is becoming laborious to proof something right or wrong. So when we are using various technological tools for mapping a crime we get information or data related to it through which we can punishes the wrong and protect the victims or accused person, safeguards our constitutional rights, protect citizens of country, give justice to people etc The examples of technological tools like computer tracking system,CAD software, Video Recording Technology CCTV Footage, flying drones,GDS system etc.So these technologies has allowed law enforcement professional to find and exchange information easily and quickly and increases fairness in justice.

Technology has positive and negative consequences. Justice administrator follow ehical and professional standard because of the followings: 1)Ehics is important to judge and it must interprete the law fairly and independently without any personal feelings. So with the use of technology crimes can be investigared and monitered and administrator officer donot break the rule or conceal the truth in against of anything. 2)Many a time administators holding a position of of authority they have a means to use force legitimately. So we need these professionals to adhere to the strict ethical standard to avoid controversial and corrupt abuses of power. They should maintain a transperency to take ethical decisions to solve the issues. The two essential quuestions are as follows: Is the use of technology iin the field of law have been used sufficiently to proof the wrong? Is the use of technology have made justice administrators a biasless professionals? Is the use of Technology In the fIeld Of law have been used sufficiently to proof wrong:

The use of technology in the field of law have not been used sufficiently to proof the wrong because the officers or the administrators are suppressing, concealling or destroying the proofs instead of being using it in a judical way because it is not possible for the the technology to read the mind of these offenders who are actually misusing their rights. They portrays infront os socirty their good image but in the back stage they they are just destroying every single element of truth for money, power and security. The use of technology has made justice administrators a biasless professionals :

The use of technology has not made justice professionals a biasless one because due to personal feeings many a time they becomes biased and they cant maintain a par between a professional and unprofessional track.
