A project I've been working on was a series of plans for hiring fitness applicants, involving a range of different exercises to be planned and carried out in order to achieve the desired outcome through a structured approach. The recruitment project involved programming the various steps in recruiting practices with a view to ensuring that all the necessary criteria for selecting the best candidates were met. The project was complicated as it required choosing applicants that would complement the exercise plan, so methods to yield measurable results and obtain multiple goals were crucial.

The job breakdown structure refers to the operation to break up different tasks and unique projects into smaller components to allow each task to be handled. In order to minimize risk and uncertainty and to make it simpler for project managers, it is the task of breaking down the main project outcomes into smaller pieces!
