Strike- The strike is a work stoppage caused by mass refusal of employee to work. The strike usually takes place in the response to employee grievances. The strike is a collective organised cessation or slowdown of work by employee to force acceptance their demands by the employer.

Cause of strike-

Physical Harassment- If the employees believe that the employer is working against the public rule and work culture, it can be the big reason of strike. The physical harassment meant to be unconditional work by the employees without proper grievance.

Psychological Harassment- The relation between employer and employees are complicated and sometimes relational imbalance may occur. Trust on employer and work is very important with respect to business growth, so that if employees believe that employer is not making transparency in policymaking and administration, it can be the reason behind strike.

Human Rights- Human rights plays very crucial role in public and private sectors, the human rights are some fundamental rights beyond the laws and regulations. Employees are aware about human rights so that if any employer disqualifying human rights and humanity, the problem of strike can be raised.

Political situations- sometimes, political influence and political benefits can cause a strike, political ideologies, public and personal interests of political leaders can cause the strike.

In my experiences, I have faced a strike condition in my city, the strike was led by political interests and sometimes these strike can be offensive and irrational. The success of strike depends on the public and legal support.
