There is a tremendous amount of recent literature and research on this topic and I look forward to reading your viewpoints. From my vantage point the safest nurses are those that have combined experience with ongoing education. I applaud this class, who is obviously actively involved in continuing your education. I’m not entirely sure one can fully appreciate continued education until it has been gained and put to good use.
Like any other profession, nursing profession is also experiencing dramatic changes in the field everyday. Influence of technology has made major changes in the profession.
Nurses have a lot of demand all over the world,but it is very important to be efficient and accurate in the profession. It is the responsibility of Nurses to keep updating the knowledge ,which acquired during accademic training. Nursing is a life long learning process. Continuing nursing education programms will help us to remain aware and keep update with medical advancements and new research.It also help us to improve our decision making , problem solving,critical care skills and time management. Thus we can improve accurancy and efficiency of our service.It enhance the career opportunity also.
In current scenario , as we all know health care professionals are on the front line fighting against Covid-19. Its very important to update ourselves and impliment the knowledge in the service in such life threatening situations.
