The types of company training that an employee may have are:
· Orientation is the most common type of employee training after they join the business.
· On-boarding Training is the regular training post joining the business.
· Technical Skills Development Training are those which are given for the skill developments,
· Soft skills development training for the best of communication skills on the job,
· Products and services training as a part of the regular training with new products and service being added,
· Mandatory training or compulsory training.
· eLearning is also a way where the employees pick the skills and use them for the business use and the money is paid back to the employee going or taking the training.
A career training program refers to a short training course that takes between six weeks and six months to prepare adults for employment. This is given to the people to develop their skills and communication to grow ahead in business roles.
Employee’s job satisfaction gives an employee's attitudinal response to his or her organization. As an attitude, the components of job satisfaction are summarized as evaluative, cognitive, and effective, behavioral components.
