1:- Global services requires global outlook from the organization. Resources, facilities, and capabilities should be in par with multi national companies. Inorder to establish there should be a proepr communication system in place which can connect team globally in a secured way. Organization culture should have the diversified quality and should be ready to accept the changes and adapt to the requirements. Human reosuces should have proper communciation and interpersonal skills, have the capability to lead the team and building synergy out of it. Leadership should have a distinct vision about their global reach and should focus on collaborative approach on problem solving and addressing the needs of clients.

2:- Managing global service operations is to manage various activities for clients and managing shared services across globe. Resources should have the capability to adapt to the global level requirements by understanding the process, communicate and co ordinate with people from different locations. Managing global services need a prooer focus on virtual team management, strong interpersonal skills and negotiation skills. Shared services are focussing on clients solution addressing and make their services better through providing solutions in the area of cost reduction, revenue enhancement, providing analytical and transaction support, helping in strategic decisions, Outsourcing operations management etc.

3:- Examples of global strategies are strategies including enhancing responsiveness of customer requirements within favour of each market and aim for more efficiency. Another example is price optimziation based on the market situation and providing extra discounts to attract more customers and enhancing market share. Localization approach is another global level strategy where in each market the company offers different service offering to suit with their culture and interest.

4:: Mission js a very brief explanation of what a company wants to achieve and who it serves and what sort of uniqueness the company is offering to compete with the other players in the market. This also gives outline on company's objectives and the goals
