Customers are most often treated as gods in all the business as customers are the only ones which run the business of any company and understanding the needs of customer is very important for make sure to run and retain business and it is very important to create bond with the customers to get know about the changing needs and demands of the customer and make each customer happy for the well being and successful business. Customer can directly tell the company if facing any issue with the product or service that company needs to improve and if customer get satisfied with the service it will refer to many other customers as well and will surely help in making more customers which simply means more profit to the business as customers are everything to a business, if they are satisfied then you get successful and if the customers are not satisfied it will make company to downfall.So,yes it is very important to have a good and proper bond with the customer to make profits to business and make it successful as Business is all about the need and satisfaction of the customer.Some of the following steps to retain clients and customers are-:

1)Surveys and other methods- In the changing world,it is very important to have the feedback of the customer and we can learn about the customer needs and taste by simply doing the online inexpensive surveys so that company can make real-time adjustments in business as per customer new needs.

Have feedback from the customers and in return you can get what customer expects services to be offered to them and in better way.

2)Have Personal Chat with clients-Just don't focus to have do survey and other methods but invite your clients to have a conversation with them and make them happy to retain them for long and respond about the clients issues to get what changes or new to be done in company to solve customers/clients problems.Have Q&A with them and get know what they wanted and look into it seriously.

Always make sure to Show your customers/clients that your company actually cares for them.

1)Segment-Level focus-company should properly analyse the retention related  issues as many competitors could offering different offers.

2)Detecting problems and Resolution track progress-Analyse all the incidences and no of problems in task and resolution status of problems that are occurring by customers and make it solve and best method to learn about the customer experience with the company.
