Introduction:

Marriage is the pleasure for the couple.They start their life with the loved ones.Every individual in this world has to right to take decision on their marriage because it turnover point in the life milestone.But even now many children less than 15 years getting marriage in many parts of the India.

Causes of Child marriage:

It occurs widely in the illiterate population.They believe more in the untruthful facts that the girl child has to marry before 14 years.They thought that is the proper age in their tradition.The girl child is getting married within one year of attending puberty.A belief still exist in India that if a girl before 14 years got married then their goddess will give them a good rainfall to their village.Their tradition,belief,customs,poverty and illiteracy are the reasons for child marriage.

Exploiting the lives:

By this many children loss their independent live.They lack the basic rights.They lose their basic school education.Thats why it creates a situation of a child giving a child birth.As a child or teenager they lack knowledge on sexual activities they are forcefully getting pregnant.Their physical condition is not much enough to carry and give birth to child.This is the reason for more perinatal deaths of both mother and child.Mainly it affects health of the child physically and mentally and even can result in death.

Prevention of child marriage:

The government has following various measures to prevent child marriage.Government is basic school education,scholarships for girl children from poverty groups.Give helping funds if they completed the degree.It promote girl education.Laws are present to prevent child marriage.Child marriage prevention act is the law to prevent child marriage.

Conclusion:

Children are the beautiful gifts of the society.They have to nuture in the proper way to create a good society in future.
