The Contract of Negotiation come to an end after discussing the mentoned points that are as follows:-

1. the purpose of contract for which you are negotiating, you must have a preplaned idea what you want from that transaction.

2. the safest part that you donot want to give up in that transaction

3.Collection of facts , proofs of your financial statement that may be required in proof showing.

4. Plan for backup that should be need in case of difficulty.

A Binding Contract exist when transaction have agreed by both the parties.

All the Agreed Term must be in legal forms for enforcing in Law.

It must be signed and in written form for the proof.

if there is a conflict of language  between the buyer and seller , then the contract must be in English language .

English Language controls all the business discussions.

We can review the terms , duties and responsibilities mentioned in the negotiation contract that the both parties have fullfiled the terms . and there is no time gap in between the contract from both side . if they does any type of gap then this contract become void.
