As strategic Planner of Netflix, I would focus on using rewards and incentives properly and Instilling corporate culture in the organization. Netflix is known for online streaming site of entertainment. This company is the leader of the industry but it is because of its original content and creative work done by its employees. In order to motivate and improve performance of all employees, I would focus on creating attractive reward and incentive plans for employees.

Employees are main assent of the company and Managers of the company needs to understand their values. I would initiate a performance based bonus system in which Employees will be awarded bonuses and rewards based on their high standard performance.

There will be flex hours and leave policies in which employees can work their job on the preferred time of work schedule. This will help them to manage their work life balance and motivate them more to stay in the company. the employee turnover rate will decrease.

The corporate culture also plays very important role in which i would try to create a Clan like corporate culture where employees will feel like family member. When they feel like that they are working at thier home like family then they show interest in their job, Stress is reduced and creativity/productivity fosters.
