What do you do at your store or think that you should do to ensure that customer service is being implemented effectively to increase sales and build a competitive advantage?
The below ways should be done to ensure the customer service to be implemented effectively as to increase sales and to build a competitive advantage:
1. Building high customer relationship will ensure the company to be more competitive where the customer would share their views and ideas towards the product and services so that the company can come up with innovation and improvisation.
2. The needs and wants of the customer should be known by the company and on satisfying the customer needs, the customer loyalty would increase and that impact on increased sales as when the customer are taken care they would be happy purchasing the product.
3. When the company provides on high quality products then the customer would get satisfied towards the brand and that trust would make them to purchase the product and that impact on increase sales and competitive advantages.
4. Offers, promotion, etc should be given to the customer and then get attracted towards the same and that impact o increase the sales and competitive advantage.
