Describe a leadership situation you would handle differently if you had to do over again now that you have improved understanding on what is an Effective Leadership
Behavior-based conversations are one of the most common situations which most leaders often struggle with. The behavior-based conversations that most leaders face when they are trying to decide on how to solve something or answer a question. Leaders often have to rely on intuition or information gathered to make judgement calls. The key to using behavior-based conversations is to identify which aspects of the behavior we are most passionate about and which areas of the environment we want to focus on. This will allow us to be agreeing with our team and focus on the important aspects of your work so that our leader or boss can get a consistent stream of good ideas. The key to success here is to communicate clearly, and we can use actions to encourage greater clarity. Sometimes we avoid conversations due to fear of ruining the relationship, fear of conflict or making a situation worse. But now I realize that I shouldn't avoid having a conversation about difficult people or issues at work, but we often do. We generally fear how awkward the conversation will be. However, an awkward conversation of sincere modesty and a desire to pursue true understanding may be one of the best ways to improve relationships. And silence is the worst alternative in fact. An effective leadership demands an effective communication as well.
