Q1) Neo-liberalism - this is a approach which supports de-regulation, minimizing government spending, privatization and free-market capitalism. The approach is political and tends to make organization less government managed and more privatized. The government would loose control over several publicly run bodies due to neo-liberalism. The work culture would definitely change as private companies are more performance and result oriented than government run organization. Also, the laws for private companies are different so compensation packages will be affected. Also, the lassie faire working style would have to be dissolved as functioning would become stricter.
Q2) The precariat - This is a category of people whose income sources are unstable and uncertain. For example, daily wage workers. Their income is insecure. Individuals under this category are always stressed and are usually economically disadvantaged. Their livelihood is insecure as a result, their lives are insecure and are unable to predict their future financial state.
Q3) Uberisation - It is a form of highly tele-networked business and is derived from company named " Uber". It helps to combine all the un-used or under utilized capacities or manpower to satisfy the demand of customers. Thereby, the individuals working under this strategy, though work as directed or facilitated by the centre, are individual business unit owners ,as in the case of Uber. The individuals are provided salaries as per their work. The more they work, the more they receive. The tougher the job the more the pay and so on. In this case ,the employees would require to perform better to recieve higher pay. Yet, they would have their independence.
