Because leaders and managers are two different profession, And for both two profession required different capability to do the job. And both jobs have there different objective and have there different skill. For example:

  • Managers give direction for work but leaders ask questions.
  • Managers tell what to do but leaders show how to do.
  • Managers react for changes but leaders create changes.
  • Managers have good ideas but leaders implement good ideas.
  • Managers are authorizer but leaders are motivator.
  • Managers have subordinates but leaders have follower .
