I need to write an accounting-internship report for my accounting class which will answer these questions:

i. What you achieved during the internship

ii. What you did well

iii. What you could have done better

iv. Any conflicts that arose during the internship; how you dealt with them

v. How you will apply what you learned to your desired career

vi. Your next career steps

Answer 1

1- Internship is very important to learn how things are actually done and it is much different then what we actually study. The internship help us to learn various factor and help us to know how organization actually works. After internship i feel more confident and change in the attitude is there. I learned many things such as how to make balance sheet, Profit and loss statement, Data entry work etc.

2- I learned to perform audit of the company. I used to maintain or find errors in Trial balance of the company, Data auditing and data handling. Previous year data is compared with current year data and i personally developed my skills such as communication, auditing, self development etc.

3- I have take all the experience that person needs in the internship. I think i could have give more time to the internship so that more learning could have been there.

4- If any conflict arose in the internship so u have to be calm and smartly asked for help from your superior and listen carefully what ever they explain to you. Internship is just like getting knowledge of the activities that are performed by the company so you should always asked for help whenever you are stuck at a place.

5- This internship will definitely help me in my future career. If i want to be a part of finance team then this internship will help me to grow in the company where i will be doing job because i already have knowledge about auditing, Minatining trial balanace, data entry etc.

6- I want to make my career in Finance department. Internship experience will help me in my future career option if i will take finance, And my second career option would be marketing.
