Introduction :- Operant conditioning is a method of learning which is done through reinforcement may be through reward and punishment. Here, in my answer i m giving two examples which i have witnessed of operant conditioning one through reward and another from punishment.

Example 1. OPERANT CONDITIONING THROUGH REINFORCEMENT :- In, my class group project we got 6 member in every group and one member in my group was very week in communication and to improve this problem, leader of my group planned an use of operant conditioning (motivation as reinforcement) with the help of all group member. They, started group meeting and gave topic to all for communication and when they tried then other start motivating, and with this repeating method that person got confidence to speak properly.

Example 2:- Punishment :- For this i can take example for punishment in classroom when teacher give punshiment to there students for imporving there study and bring quality in there studies, due to punishment student start improving there acadmics so they can avoid punishment.

To, bring change in anyone behaviour i belive we need to check an individual intance toward motivation or motivation which effect them for or bring change in there behaviour. If, someone get effected with motivation then that is more good to improve there behaviour.
