Re-write the following resignation letter in a professional and etiquette manner

Hey boss:

Finally, is the hour that I has dreamed about 4 years ago where I inform you that I must resign immediately from my position as a counselor.

Three weeks ago, my supervisor informed me that you were criticizing my latest behavior and that you have accused me with violations of company policy by ignoring your orders. But it seems that you have forget that I am a human bean not your slave, and dictatorship atmosphere you eventually destroy you and you foolish employees.

I really regret for every hour I have spent at your company and I will not spend any minute in transferring my files to anyone else, I am sure that you will figure them out by yourselves if you can play chess effectively.

Finally, I will give you 8 days to transfer my savings to my bank account otherwise I will sue you and go to the media for stealing my savings

Hi Sir,

I am writing this email with so much of pain to inform you that after giving my precious 4 years to your company, I am forced to resign from my position of a counselor from immediate effect.

I was pained to the core when I was informed by my supervisor three weeks ago that I was criticized by you for my latest behavior, and been accused of violating company policy and ignorance of your orders. I am sorry to say that there is a dictatorship form of the atmosphere in the organization where employees are treated like slaves, which I don’t think is the appropriate behavior to treat employees to get the best out of them.

Though It was a painful time in your organization, I would still like to thank you for giving me the opportunity to work with you and learn many things. Since I am resigning with immediate effect, I would not be able to transfer my files to anyone who would be assigned, I am sure there would be other ways through which you can make it happen at your own end.

Lastly, I would request you to transfer my savings to my bank account within 8 days. If that would not happen, then I would be forced to sue you and claim of stealing my savings by you in media. I hope you would not let that situation arise.
