Cogination means " Thinking &awareness" therefore we define cognition as the the mental action of gathring knowledge & understanding th e thought by experience & sences ,including the aspects such as memory,concept formation, pattern recogination,attention, action awareness, perception ,reasoning , judgement.& mental imagery.

H..K.Deerberry : - H.K was a pre mature born child, blind child ,with cerebral palsy & may other medical problems. he showed extra ordinary will power to over come his disabilities& at the age of three he was adimitted to a blind school.

H.K he started to learn read & write Braille with one just one hand as his right arm was paralyzed after his birth & finally graduated in Braille . His main ability to recall the dates & the other factS , & the surronding events of his life (Mystery of his memories).
