Motivation is the process that would be affecting he direction in which a person would head their persisrenceas well as the behavior that people have which is goal oriented. Whereas motivation is referred to as the process in which the feelings of a person would be shaped by the different physiological, as well as Behavioral responses., both of these are related closely.,

Emotions come up as a result of the different conditions where the goals as well as motives of a person would be satisfied, frustrated or threatened. The concepts in both these areas tend to explain human behavior and the manner in which a person would continue to act.

As a result of a positive motivation , the student gains a positive emotion, which in turn influences them such that they would be more attentive toward their class. For example, a child who is intrinsically motivated towards a drawing clas, would be excited to attend the same, along with being more attentive towards the class, with an increased concentration.

In the same class, if the child obtains a trophy, they are further motivated, extrinsic motivation, to work in the same direction. They become extremely happy, whereas, on not achieving the same feat, they tend to start becoming demotivated and unhappy.
