• Extraversion: Extraverts gets their energy levels or motivated from others by having the interactions with others. These people are generally looking for people to have more interactions. These people are energetic, talkative and assertive.

• Agreeableness: These are the people having the traits of friendly nature, cooperative; these people do have kind nature, affectionate and sympathic.

• Openness: This is the trait of people as per which people would like to learn new things, enjoy new concepts/ideas, these people usually make high contribution in openness. They like the openness atmosphere.

• Conscientiousness: People with high degree of conscientiousness are generally more reliable and are very prompt in their action. This trait explains their views as systematic, methodic, being organized and thorough in their activities.

• Neuroticism: these are also called emotional stability trait for the people. This is one’s emotional levels and demonstrates the negative levels. These traits are moody and in tense.
