The course on learning , cognition and motivation will help me understand the the underlying process of learning , cognition and motivation.

Learning is a psychological phenomenon of acquiring skills and knowledge. After the course one would be able to better appreciate the learning process. By applying various learning theories such as classical conditioning , operant conditioning and Observation learning , one can make his learning efficient and more effective.

Cognition plays an important role in explaining various phenomenon of perception and motivation , memory etc. Moreover , it also helps better understabd the process of lwarning and motivation.

Motivation is type of Will of doing something . Course on motivation will help me understand the role of motivation in learning. Motivation provides the willingness to perform an action , say learning . Thus , it makes clear that motivation precedes learning.

Theories of motivation such as Herzberg theory , vrooms theory etc will help in perfect appreciation and it's application in professional as well as personal life.
