Answer: The phrase that we all are recruited by god means that God has created all of us for a purpose in the World. God has a purpose behind creating this World and all the creatures that are present in it. God has made man for fulfilling his purpose and hence in a way he has recruited all of us for some role to play. God wants to make World a happy place and for this he has created every human being with a role to make this World better. We are the servants of God whom he has recruited for a purpose and it is our duty to help God in fulfilling that purpose. We are here in this World to serve others by the will of God. He has chosen us for this purpose and hence we should never forget that the purpose of our lives is to serve God and his creation. He has especially recruited each one of for this purpose.
