A drop out is someone who has left college before complete their studies.not having purpose in life , flunking philosophy, lack of financial support , anxious to find someone nearest , academic struggle, boredom due to uneffective curriculum and method of teaching etc are major reason of dropping out.

The consequences and predictor of dropping out college are listed below.

JOBLESS:

Many students are leave college due to several poor condition. They are unable to inculcate requisite skill and talent for a job .so the students who are drop out are not able to getting job due lack of Qualification and skill.

lack of motivation:

The students who drop out college have low motivational level . They think they are not deserve for doing anything worthy .So , their level of self esteem also very low.

Juvinile delinquency:

College drop out students are majorly indulged himself in juvinile delinquency .They are commiting crime and show aggressive behaviour.chronic violation of rules , unethical social activities etc are the part of juvinile delinquency which can only occure due to drop out of learner.

mental illness:

several drop out students are suffrred various mental instablity problem like depression, anxity, conflict .They are become so tanturm and suffered in Hyper activity Difficiency disorder.

Loss in college resourse:

major amount of college resource has waste due drop out of students. Which greatly affect over all develoment of Institution .

Rough politics:

Drop out students are majorly engaged in rough politics .They create comflict among students and ruined the Institution. Drop out students are representation of some political leader who Malpractice their power and creates disharmony in institution.

Family is a great factor of drop out of the learner.General drop out come from poor household condition due to low socio-economic condition. Beside while family has has large size and few earning members , then child is committed to engaged in child labour to survival his family .Besides illiterates parents doesn't understand the value of Education so They are not much insist to their children for higher education.

sociatal factor:

social or environment factor also key importants for drop out. Unhealthy peer group , domgamatism outlook totowards education in society , lack of available facilities in school , poor school Environment , lack of social aspiration etc also lead children towards drop out .
