example
An example for this is automated cooler or AC . By daily activity system knows the temperature that the user needed , hence when ever the temperature drops , it changes to the optimum value to comfort the customer with out involving the customer .
CUSTOMIZATION
When we talk about the customization , it is nothing but the user creates or selects what all are required for him .
example
In the previous AC example , This is opposite to automatic adjustment , here user itself selects the required temperature manually or adjust the temp. what he want.

USER- GENERATED CONTENT (UGC)
In the name itself we can identify what it means , it is nothing but the contents that are created by the users of a product or company rather than the respected company.
lets take an example of launching a new phone by a company and the campaign of selfie with it and post. When the user of that phone posts about the phone in any social media , and others following it , then it become a USER- GENERATED CONTENT .

B2C is populer because,
1) The approach connects the business to customer/consumer directly
2) The whole process is having less complexity.
3) Agents commision like extra cost can be reduced.
4) having more security.
5) Very helpfull to small scale business and startups
6) For big scale business and distribution this approach offers high support.
By analysing above points we can understand how B2C became so populer.
