Reflect on the usefulness of both of the tools, Non-Violent Communication (NVC) and SCARF framework. How would you apply the two tools in your daily life? Use two concrete examples for each tool (4 total examples). Be specific, concrete, and original (absolutely no copying and pasting). Emphasize your role, but do not forget that the tools have little meaning for only one of the individuals involved.

Nonviolent communication is very conventional type of communication and most of the people use this type of communication. Nonviolent communication means the gentle communication among the people. In the communication the gentle and quite behaviour of the individuals are reflected. Our daily life is covered with many types of nonviolent communication. When we go to market for office we use to communicate with others in the non-violent way. On the other hand violent communication suggests the communication during quarrel or physical attack. It is not a normal communication.

In the office when to colleagues communicate with each other they use gentle or funny wise and the enjoy the communication. Students communicate with teacher in the non violent hue showing loyalty and obedience to the teacher.

SCARF is a type of communication and it is a model communication what we can follow to enrich the standard of our communication. in this type of communication the communicators respect to each other and by maintaining respect they communicate with each other and it shows decency and modesty in communication and it n0ce the good relationship among the communicators. This type of communication appears in the civil society and offices and this type of communication also ensure safety and good relationship. It enhances social security as well as individual dignity. In the office when a person goes for a work he behaves most civil and the concerned officer also behaves most civilly. In the communication between two gentleman we also find such type of communication and this is a serious communication and it also reflects the personality of the communicators. This is a fair communication and the communicators so sense of control to each other.
