code of ethics is a set of guidelines and duties is created for every person who enters into profession in order to guide them and make good decision.
honesty, respect for others,integrity,objectivity, confidentiality are common code of ethics
autonomy, confidentiality, double efect, nomaleficience, veracity, sanctity of life, fidelity, justice, beneficence, respect for others are common ethicals principles in health care
a. ethical dilema
there is a dilema occurs in decision making when there are two alternatives for a problem, but neither of which solves the situation in ethical standard manner.
dilema occurs in case of confidentiality, restraints, end of life issues, refusing care, end of life issues,DNR orders, food and fluid, and life support in healthcare
b. ethical responsibilities: it is the responsibility of every individual in a profession to act on ethical priciples and values in a given setting
