Changes are complicated, it is not easy to accept or adopt changes very quickly because changes are of dynamic nature and are really hard to opt or cope with. it is really important that we change our current position of the business to the desired or the standardized position of the business . For this procedure, the change management validity tools are required sure that there are smooth functioning and processing in the business organization.
1) ADKAR ANALYSIS:- ADKAR stands for Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Abilities, Reinforcement. All of these things together are very useful in the management to make the change established easily and quickly.
2) CULTURE MAPPING:- cultural mapping is a very important and significant change management validity tool as it helps in analyzing the culture, nature, behavior of the employees which is very useful to make them accept the change quickly and easily.
Analytical frameworks can be applied in an organization by answering the few of the queries are the questions that are raised by the employees or any other member of the organizations such as:- what are the key priorities of the business?, what are the current gaps prevailing in the business and how would those gaps be covered ?, Etc.
