a) We chose change management model because:

It's a very systematic way to deal with changes in model. It is a structured way to apply tools ,knowledge, and resources. There are multiple changes in in this model like:

1: Flowchart - Basically it is used to visualize the various processes' in the organisation to benefit everyone, even to those who indirectly related to the organization.

2: ADKAR Analysis - A: AWARENESS D: DESIRE K: KNOWLEDGE A: ABILITY R: REINFORCEMENT

This model represents a set of goals that a leader tries to achieve and being able to do to win the trust of employees, and they help the leader implement change strategy successfully.

3) Culture Mapping: It is a tool to visualize the culture of an organization which related to value, norms, and employees.

2). The reason for resistance to change is necessary because it affects everyone in the organization from lower level to upper management. It has nothing to do with intelligence.

Strategies to overcome from resistance:

a) LISTEN FIRST, TALK SECOND: Communication is key let your employees start the conversations people want to herd let them speak .

b)Communicate the reason for change: Communicate to your employees and ask them what, why and how change they want in the organization.

c)Transparency: between employee and organization show them the data of the organization by themselves, it will show improvement .

3) System thinking and communication plays a very vital role in organisational change because it clear all the bias between employees and higher level management .

there are six elements which play a significant role :

Interconnnectedness

Synthesis

Emergence

Feedback Loops

Causality and

System mapping

All this helps in framing complex problem into simple .

communication helps to increase transparency and reduces the conflicts between the employees.

d) Your strategic plan needs to be adaptive to survive the changing environment and unanticipated conditions. Company's mission and vision should remain same but its goals and aim should revise and the way to achieve them should also be change.

Have permanent communication with your employees.

Ensure them you're with them .

Respect their feeling and Ideas.

Develop a planned process of change
