Face to face interaction is one of the oldest and best communication tool where the speaker and the listener has a personal touch by means of verbal language, eye contact, postures and gestures etc. This communication tool is very effective because it involves emotions and empathy both in listening and speaking.
2. Phone calls came with the advent of technology and it made communication between people in distant places possible. It could only send the voice but there is no need for any other expressions except the people who talk over phone share some relationship thus transmitting emotions through words and other verbal expressions. Mobile phones are a revolution in this type of communication.
3. With the invention of internet cam the electronic mail that transformed the way people shared their written communication. People started losing their interest in writing instead focused more on learning to type and operate computers. Now, email communication doesn’t need a computer and wired internet connection as mobile phone has brought the internet revolution through the mobile phones.
4. Text message is the most favourite option of communication tool for the youngsters. They are inventing new language styles and that they are becoming addicted to it. Nevertheless short messaging service has also got emoticons to express themselves with whatever emotion they have at that point of time.

I prefer face-to-face communication because that’s the real thing where people cannot hide reality and show whatever they feel as the expression goes face is the index of the mind. It would also help people understand their emotional intentions behind that message and can even involve touch which is the most essential part of a communication.
