  • Incase of male removing ovary in a child.
  • Incase of female removing testies in the female

Harmonal treatment:

Children needs madication to correct hormone / electro lytes imbalance.

Electrolyte regulating hormone while also over producing male hormone.

  • As health care leader can assign a female child because of removal of testies in the female child can correct the disorders.
  • It is a sexual developmental disorder it will effect the body differently and changes in the chromosomes.

Management:

  • Assess the physical characteristics of the child.
  • Observe the growth development in the child .
  • Observe the weather the female child has developed sexual organs in the puberty.
  • Advice them to go for the hormonal therapy.
  • Ex - Estrogen and progesterone hormonal therapy can advice.
  • Physical examination we can do in order to know developmental delay.
  • Advice them to take the councilling session.
  • Provide psychological support to the family members or parents.
