where can current professionals find these individuals:

youth means those who are in their adolescnce period. these are aspirants who could be dedicated for rendering better health care services.

how could they be supported:

• they could be motivated so as to choose a better health care course and career.
• grants or funds could be provided for the study
• scholarship facilities for young aspirants
• incentives or bonus for special credentials

leadership roles:

• nurse advocate: she fights for the rights of herself, profession and the patients and family. as an advoate, she safeguard the patient from maleficience due to the disparities of the health care system.this could improve patient safety and safety at workplace which are components of quality improvement.
• nurse manager: she collaborates with all team members and thereby helps in the integration of health care services for better patient outcomes. this is another component of continuous quality improvement which helps in better communication between departments and within each professionals within a department.
