The root is understood from the method that comes out, because the reason that this problem has occurred is that the analysis refers to all its down and down processes. The main reason analysis is a dense sound used by the pharmaceutical industry and other government agencies.Instead of identifying the symptoms of the disease, RCA is systematically applied to identify and correct the causes of the incident. Due to the focus of focus on correction due to root, there is a goal to completely protect the repetition of the problem. On the contrary, the RCFA (analysis of the root cause failure) is an acknowledgment that the complete resistance to repetition by a corrective step is not always possible.

For example, imagine a fictional section of students who got poor test scores. After the initial investigation, it was verified that at the final stage of the examination in the school, the students receiving the exam got fewer scores. Further delay in the investigation that delayed the student's ability to focus on. Even more investigations result in a lack of focus due to lack of attention. So, poor test scores were the main reasons for the hunger, to remove soon after lunch in the morning during the examination.
