A)Level 5 leaders seems to be such a rare commodity since these executives have climbed the ladder through the combination of skills, knowledge and hardened will which is a rare combination to find. These people traits are humility and professionalism which has been developed over the years through various situations which life has put them through. These people have always put the organizations above themselves. These people are mild-mannered and quiet but beneath the skin possess an indomitable will which cannot be bend easily. Therefore, majority of them are successful.
B)The 5 reasons are
1)Professional Knowledge- No leader can reach an executive position such as level 5 without having a degree of professional knowledge and experience. These have been attained through the years.
2)Personal Equations - many of the level 5 leaders maintain good professional relations with all stakeholders. This becomes helpful in situations where advice is required.
3)Indomitable will - Many of the level 5 leaders share this trait that they have control over their will and cannot be made to change easily. This will helps them go through-hardened time and situations and helps motivate others.
4)Humility-These leaders are humble to the extent that there are very shy and reserved.They do not like to boast about their achievement but prefer to go about their daily tasks in a professional way.
5)Responsibility - Level 5 leaders know that they have a responsibility towards the organization and it is their job to ensure performance of the company and its employees. They take this responsibility and liability seriously and focus on deliverance.
