1-Immediately look for the scene is safe for approaching the patient, as a medical staff I will follow the trauma survey to assess the patient and treat the patient based on that. initially I will look for general impression ,type of injury ,weather any additional help needed and any uncontrolled bleeding, etc..based on theses I will approach the patient and will do the first aid measures to the patient and if needed will transport to the patient to the hospital.

2-If I realize that It was a misunderstanding surely, I will politely apologize for what happened and will try to convince him why it happens.

3-It will depend on the situation if the work I can handle obviously I will allow him to take rest as a friend or college or if the work is heavy I will ask him to stay with me or ask him to finish his work politely because i cant handle this with such and such reason.

4-i will inform him in a professional manner that you are not supposed to do like that because,it can cause overburden to him so please join back and do your work,if he is not ready to do that I will report this to supervisor to smooth running of organisation.
